Here you'll find a selection of my work. Explore my projects to learn more about what I do.
e-Learning in Rise
Problem:
The school district did not have a training for staffing coordinators so employees that were new to this role were not familiar with job expectations and how to meet them.

Solution:
I designed and created an on-demand
e-Learning course in Rise. By keeping the lessons brief, interactive, and on-point, employees quickly learn the tasks required of them and how to complete them. Employees can access the training on mobile, tablet, or desktop.

e-Learning in Storyline
Problem:
New Florida residents did not know how to prepare for hurricane season.

Solution:
I designed and created an on-demand
e-Learning course in Storyline. The succinct lessons allow learners to gain the knowledge they need to properly prepare for a hurricane, resulting in decreased harm to people and their property. Learners can access the training on mobile, tablet, or desktop.

ILT/VILT
Problem:
Beginning runners did not know how to effectively train for a half marathon.

Solution:
By creating an engaging training experience with an easy-to-follow trainer guide, clean and clear slide deck, and a learner-friendly participant guide with actionable items, runners were able to set personal goals, choose a training plan, and take immediate steps toward completing a half marathon.

Video in Camtasia
Problem:
Employees did not know how to add comments to meeting notices in PEER.

Solution:
I designed and created a video tutorial using Camtasia. The explicit, brief tutorial shows learners the steps to take in order to ensure they have accurate documentation of their communication with stakeholders about state mandated meetings.
